Introduction
華人社會，「家」一直是生活的核心；而「食」則是家極為重要的連結條件。但現今家庭不論自行烹煮或購買外食，難免都有剩菜的問題。而目前市面上的餐盤並不利於冰箱內的收納，解決之道往往是使用保鮮膜，卻造成不必要的浪費且不環保。或是將剩菜換裝至保鮮盒再放入冰箱，卻增加餐盤清洗的困擾。
In Chinese society, “Home” has been the core of life, and “Eating” is a very important link to home. Today most families have the problems of leftovers regardless of whether they cook themselves or eat outside. The eating utensils used currently are not convenient for food stored in the refrigerator. The solution often is either to use handi-wrap, a way that you cannot avoid unnecessary environmental waste, or to put leftovers in the refrigerator storage containers but you have to clean them frequently.
本設計名為「㗊地」，音同「吉地」，「㗊」為眾口之意，家人圍桌吃飯是無可取代的幸福，故名之。針對現代小家庭（2~4人）食物「過與不及」的困擾，解決剩菜所帶來的五個問題：1.餐盤即保鮮盒，可輕鬆堆疊及保存。2.有效利用冰箱置物空間。3.一眼便知盤中物。4.解決大、小分量的剩菜保鮮。5.搭配任何餐桌皆能襯托食物的美味，讓食用者同時享受視與味的雙重饗宴。
The design is called “㗊地”, pronounced the same as “吉地”. The word “㗊” means all family members. It is an irreplaceable happiness when the family are seated round the table for dinner. Hence it is named “㗊地”. There are five key points for solving the problem of leftovers in the modern nuclear family (2-4 members): 1) Considering the eating utensil as the storage container, it will be convenient for food storage and the arrangement of refrigerator compartment. 2) The effective use of the refrigerator compartment. 3) Seeing at a glance what is in the refrigerator storage containers. 4) Solving small or large amounts of leftovers. 5. Having delicious food with a suitable dining table, allowing eaters to feast their eyes on visually tasty foods.

Background research
現今家庭，包含是在家煮飯或者買外食回家吃，都難避免會有剩飯菜的問題產生。而傳統的盤扣盤、碗扣盤和塑膠袋包起剩菜，都會造成有效空間的冰箱內雜亂或者浪費塑膠袋。
因此希望能 直接透過盤子的改良，
改善家中冰箱盤子堆疊擺放的問題。
