Introduction
面對年長人口比例上升，醫療與社會的進步讓多數長者擁有健康的身體外，在台灣有越多的銀髮退休人員積極投入志願服務工作，來做為退休後生涯規劃的目標，而其中擔任志工導覽員的職位，需要講解與長時間站立外，在導覽時攜帶的東西也不少，如：開水、麥克風、雷射筆、問答小禮物及因應個人需要所帶的藥品等。因此，以「輔助」方式來發揮人的原有價值，讓科技回歸人性的智慧科技，以「習慣」連結情感，設計機器人來輔助銀髮族群在導覽時的不方便，並提供隨時需要的協助。
In Taiwan, there are more and more elder retirees to be the volunteer. However, they have to be standing for a long time when introducing the exhibition, carry lots of equipment, such as water, microphone, laser pens, little gifts for the quiz, and drugs for personal needs. Therefore, the robot is designed as auxiliary tools to help an elder volunteer tour guide to solve the inconvenience and provide the necessary assistance.
會跟隨導覽員的機器人。其功能可放置所需物，在體力不足時作為椅子並補充水分，此外，能適時提醒導覽內容及掌控時間，需要時可為擴音器，遇緊急狀況會撥打電話通知館方與家屬。
The robot can follow the elder tour guide. It can be put the necessary equipment, provide water, be a chair when they feel tired. Moreover, when in a case of emergency, the robot will call the staffs and family members.
相對以機器取代人的研發，而改以輔助發揮人的原有價值，讓科技回歸人性的智慧科技，以「習慣」連結情感，用機器人幫助目標使用者-銀髮族導覽員。

可當椅子，並含置物空間可擺放所需，如疾病所需藥物，以免錯過黃金搶救時間。

Background research
除了無線發射系統麥克風讓導覽員能輕聲說話之外，
目前並無針對現場的志工導覽員的需要而設計一套能輔助他們的工具。
此外，目前志工年齡層在65歲以上的比例年年攀升。
在導覽時要準備與要拿的東西很多，但卻沒有因應銀髮族的需要，為他們提供一個輔助的設計。
Target
設計機器人來輔助銀髮族群在導覽時的不方便，並提供隨時需要的協助。
